We hired Evidence Solutions on a very contentious DRAM shop / premises case. We had always suspected that Defendants' manipulated certain drink records. It was not until we were able to demonstrate that without full disclosure of the underlying data, the veracity of what Defendants were producing could not be ascertained. After an initial hearing on the issue and Scott's knowledge of the proprietary point-of-sale system, the court ordered the production of the electronic information.
Once the files were produced, it took Scott all of 10 minutes to figure out something was off. After scouring the data set, it was apparent that Defendants' had manipulated the files and irrevocably destroyed the integrity of the files. Scott flew in the night before Plaintiffs' motion for Death Penalty Sanctions, stayed up for hours educating us, and worked tirelessly to put our presentation into sync. On D-Day, Scott demonstrated to the Court what had transpired via live example and review of the records, took cross examination with ease and successfully debunked each of Defendants' excuses.
As a result, the Court granted Plaintiffs' motion in full, struck Defendants' pleadings, entered a default judgment and awarded costs / attorneys fees. Scott did a masterful job, displayed the highest degree of professional integrity and will be highly recommended to anyone who inquires.

I hired D &A on a case back in 2007. We just settled it in November of 2011. Without D &A, the case never would have settled anywhere near the large number we settled for. My clients deserved the large settlement and the trucking company was exposed (which it deserved) for its gross misconduct because of D&A's wonderful work. This was my first trucking case.
