Nissan Sedan Collides with Commercial Box Truck, Killing Sedan Driver Near Clay New York.

The Truck Accident Occurred Approximately 10 miles north of Syracuse, NY.

The truck accident investigation is being handled by the New York Onondaga County Sheriff's Office.

The accident occurred on Monday Evening October 31, 2016 at around 10:40 pm. Witnesses reported that the Nissan crossed over into the North Bound traffic lane.

The truck driver, who is from Waterbury Connecticut, was treated at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY as a result of the Truck Crash. He was later released. First responders included: Onondaga County NY Sheriff's deputies; the Moyers Corner Fire Department based in Liverpool, NY; and the Northern Onondaga Volunteer Ambulance which is also based in Liverpool, New York.

The accident occurred between Syracuse, NY and Clay, NY.
