The Collision Occured When the Pickup Truck Failed to Yield at a Stop Sign.
St. Charles, Illinois.
The truck crash investigation is being handled by the Kane County Illinois Sheriff’s Office and Kane County IL Accident Reconstruction Team.
The 60-year-old truck driver, was identified as being from Maple Park IL. He was hauling Corn at the time of the accident. He was treated at the scene and released.
The driver of the pickup truck Arthur Stenger of Cambridge Way in Montgomery Illinois was pronounced dead at the scene and his passenger Elijah Vajgert of Beith Road in Maple Park, was also killed.
The accident occurred on Saturday Evening November 5th, 2016 at around 5 pm.
The accident scene is approximately 14 miles west of St Charles Illinois in Kane County which is 60 miles west of Chicago, IL.
