Semi Truck Hauling Produce Catches Fire in Denver, Colorado.
Over Heated Brakes Appear to Have the Cause of the Fire.
Colorado law enforcement authorities closed I-70 in both directions between 32nd and 6th avenues for about two hours on Thursday July 23rd, 2015. The early afternoon semi-truck accident involved no other vehicles.
Colorado’s West Metro Fire, based in Lakewood Co. reported that due to the steep grade of I-70 in the area may have caused the truck’s brakes to overhead which may have started the fire.
