Tennessee Commercial Truck Driver Killed in Louisiana Crash Near Ramah, La.

The Trucking Accident Involved Three Semi Tractor / Trailers.

Louisiana State Police are investigating an accident in which a Tennessee truck driver died following a crash involving two other 18-wheelers.

The accident happened Tuesday, December 1st, 2015 in the afternoon on Interstate 10 in Iberville Parish, Louisiana.

Louisiana State Police Trooper Bryan Lee identified the dead truck driver as 42-year-old Karl Lindberg of Crossville, Tennessee.

Lee said Lindberg was eastbound when his truck struck the rear of two other tractor-trailers.

All three vehicles sustained heavy damage. Lindberg was taken to a Baton Rouge LA hospital where he died a short time later. The other two truck drivers were not injured.
