Three Hurt, One Critically, Semi Truck Rollover Accident, Delmont, PA.

The tractor trailer full of garbage crashed into pickup truck.

A tractor-trailer hauling garbage crashed into a pickup truck crushing much of the vehicle. The trailer separated from the tractor and overturned in the roadway.

The crash happened in Westmoreland County Pennsylvania around 6:15 am on Tuesday June 30, 2015.

The highway was closed in both directions for several hours hear where Route 22 intersects with Route 66. The intersection is approximately 25 miles east of Pittsburgh PA.

Pennsylvania State police are investigating what cause the big rig to separate from the trailer and what cause the trailer to rollover. The PA State police handling the investigation spent several hours collecting evidence and taking measurements.

The pickup truck driver was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital in critical condition.
