As a former NASA employee, Victor has been a practicing mechanical and aerospace engineer for nearly forty years. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers – Houston Chapter. Victor has been reconstructing accidents for over 20 years.
