The Two Car Crash Happened on a Blind Hill.
The accident reconstruction investigation is being handled by the Belknap county New Hampshire accident reconstruction team.
The accident occured when Robert Arteaga, crossed the double-yellow line attempting to pass another vehicle just before 6:15 p.m. on November 19th, 2016. The driver of the other car, Dorothy Labrecque, of Belmont NH, was taken to Franklin Regional Hospital in Franklin, NH.
Tilton Police Chief Robert Cormier said the accident investigation lasted until around 3am on November 20th, 2016.
The accident reconstruction scene was near Tilton New Hampshire which is 18 mile northwest of Concord New Hampshire.
